Horrible!

Installed it twice already... Works a few days, then inevitably quits. Then u need to redo all questions! For $500 youd think someone would test it, or at least address issues which obviously plague people... But not a peep out of makers, no updates, nothing... Left us high and dry! THANKS...
Update. MKSAP16 came out... Changed absolutely nothing. Still cannot open any questions, although my data preserved. Wow!
